EXPLORE Endurance

Key: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

4 rounds ideally at park or trail:

A. Bear crawl 10/20/30meters

B. Weighted carry 3/4/5 minutes

with 20-30 pounds/40-50 pounds/60-70 pounds

C. Sprint 50/100/200meters

D. Hydrate, Pace Yourself, Repeat

Share results and progressions in comments (EG: A. 30 meters, B. 5 minutes 40 pounds, C. Sprint 50 meters in 4 rounds completed in X# minutes. HOOAH!)
