EXPRESS.2 - Ways to creativity
We each have different tastes for consuming and creating things, and different preferences for how we share them.
Creativity needs a space and various structures to play with, just like a child craves and needs a playground to play and express their natural curiosity.
When we are inundated with only space - boredom, time, nothing scheduled or planned or required to do - then we often slowly lose desire and momentum to create. When we have continual structure or inputs of ways we spend time, we want to do new things but don’t have the space to actually have them stick, we are too busy to truly digest anything new or new ways to do the same old things.
Finding the formula of creative variables for yourself takes time and refinement. It is helpful to have an idea of where you are headed without too much of an attachment to the way it ends up going. Then you can remove structures which overcrowd and stifle you until you have only the structures which are your top priorites, and on the other hand adding structures if you don’t have enough to create positive creative momentum - i.e. you need more income so you find more or better work than currently.
INTENTION: Consider how well you digest and learn from the current structures you have as well as how making intentional space during busy days yields to evolving the way you live. Take it upon yourself to focus on only one or two variables here today to see what effect it has as you do it again tomorrow. Keep envisioning the idea of where you want to be with your creative and productive lifestyle.
